After 25 years as a partner with major accounting firms, Simon Proulx, observed a gap in the property management industry in Ottawa. He realized that many property management firms did not offer professional financial & accounting services to their clients. In 1993, as a result of that need, Val Roca Management was formed by Simon Proulx (President & CEO).
