The Members

Simon Proulx, CA

President & CEO

Simon Proulx has been extensively involved at all levels of property management. After 15 years, Simon left his accounting practice, where he served as a financial advisor to his accounting and auditing clients. Since 1993, he has served on the Board of Directors of many condominium and real estate corporations. In addition, Simon is currently serving as the Treasurer for RDEE Canada, a national Francophone economic development network.

Caroline Proulx, RCM

VP, Property Management

Caroline has been involved with Val Roca Management since 1993. In addition to her Property Management responsibilities, Caroline serves as Controller, and has developed all procedures for automated financial analysis & reporting, budgeting and forecasting for Val Roca Management's clients. As a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM), Caroline is the resident expert on all condominium related matters.

Christine Jodoin

Manager, Finance

Christine has been involved with Val Roca Management Inc since 2006. Christine serves as the resident accountant and is involved with all day to day accounting, budget preparation and fiscal year end file preparation. Since 2010, Christine has also served as office manager for the Val Roca Team

Aaron Racette

Manager, Operations

Aaron has been involved with Val Roca since 2006 and serves as the Manager of Operations. He is responsible for coordinating and supervising all regular maintenance and contracted services to the buildings, but also undertakes projects as needed. Aaron also serves as property panager of a few small properties

Johanna Graham

Property Manager

Johanna has been an employee of Val Roca since 2008. She started as office administrator and has since settled in as a property manager to a significant portfolio of properties. She continues her education by attending industry (ACMO) courses and seminars.
